Debecom, a family concern, was founded in 1998 and is since then engaged in the manufacture of various high-salaried plastic compounds. These compounds, often in the form of granules, are mixtures of plastics and other components, such as flame retardants, fibers, antioxidants and other materials.

In 2014 the Debecom plant has been destroyed by the outbreak of an enormous fire. From that moment Jeroen de Bresser continued the Debecom activities as independent consultant by offering his expertise and technical knowledge, specialised in Co-Kneader technology.
